PROCESSING TIMES

WE SHIP WORLWIDE

Please allow processing time of 1-5 business days for express orders and 5- 10 business days flat rate shipping orders to be shipped. 

Please allow up to 14 business days during holidays and sale events.

 

DELAYED PACKAGES

USPS and Canada post are having extreme delivery delays due to pandemic and the large amounts of shipments for the holidays. Some orders from before and during black Friday have still not been delivered.
There is unfortunately nothing we can do about this on our end.

Most of the tracking information show "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility."

If You paid for the route shipping protection on your order, you can file a claim through them to get a refund on your order.

CUSTOM CHARGES

All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. KALLISTYLE has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.

Shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes, shipping fees are paid to the shipping company and duties and taxes are paid to your government. 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. KALLISTYLE does not provide return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" or incomplete address. 

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items have their shipping date in the description.

If you order has a pre-order item all the items will ship together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item. If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost

 

ITEM NOT DELIVERED?

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed.
