Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kallistyleca@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and facemasks). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note that Customers are responsible for cost of shipping for exchanges. 

REFUNDS

 

We unfortunately do not offer refunds.

 

 

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT


We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received, if the item you want is not available we will issue you a store credit.

We will issue you a store credit  once we've received your return, please allow 7 business to process your return and issue the store credit.

 

If it has been 7 business days and you haven't received your store credit, please contact at kallistyleca@gmail.com with your order number, return request ID and return tracking number.

 

The store credit never expires.

 

 

 

CLEARANCE ITEMS

 

We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale), they will be sent back to you, or you'll be charge a 50% restocking fee.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged or the incorrect item please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at kallistyleca@gmail.com

 

 

CANCELLATION

Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order.

 

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
